Niah joined Sustainabuild with a strong desire to be part of something that puts the planet first.

Drawn to the company’s focus on protecting the environment and building a greener future, Niah is currently developing her skills as a trainee. For her, a good day at work is one where she learns something new and gets to collaborate with a supportive, welcoming team.

She describes the company culture as comforting, funny, and helpful — an environment where growth is encouraged and everyone has each other’s backs. After a long week, Niah recharges by relaxing and spending time with friends.
